Summary: Will be responsible for customer service and IS technology troubleshooting surrounding various retail systems support. Education and/or Experience • Must be enrolled in or have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or similar discipline. • Must have completed at least 2 years of related coursework • Previous related work experience desired but not required Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Providing end user support surrounding point of sales systems, audio technologies and credit card technologies • Software and hardware support • Assist with Level I & II technical support • Other duties assigned as needed. Other Skills and Abilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word. • Excellent trouble shooting skills with solid documentation. • Creativity and ability to think "outside the box" are important, while also retaining the ability to deliver solid solutions in a constrained timeframe. • Must have the attention to detail and the ability to multi task. • Should understand, appreciate and function effectively in a team environment. A customer-focused, service-driven attitude is essential. • Must be able to communicate effectively, both in the written word and verbally, and use e-mail constructively. • Must be able to utilize and manage databases. #LI-DNI
